He was predeceased by: his parents, Vicente Silva and Trinedad Silva; and his siblings, Delores, Pauline, Joe, Raymond, Ruben and Emanuel.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia M. Kaiser; his son Raul Silva Jr.; his stepchildren, Rachel Kuschel (Kevin), Renee Reddig (James Wendler), Ryan Reddig (Alison) and Robyn Reddig (Christopher Casey); his grandchildren, Katlyn, Shane, Jett, Bree, Rhett and Roman; his great grandchild August; and his brother Ralph Silva. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
