He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Baker; his children, Melissa and Leon J. Baker (Caroline); his grandchildren, Abbie, Ava, Ethan and Leon; and his siblings, J. T. Baker (Mary) and Larry Baker. He is also survived by family members and friends.
