She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Gerald Montie; her children, Maralyn Jones (Kenny), Janet Allen, Ulysses Allen and Ulyssia Bonner (Stephen); her grandchildren, Mlyssia Allen, Danielle Thompson, Ulysses Allen Jr., Shelbi Thompson, Bryanna Bonner, Theron Jones, Bralen Allen and Brandi Bonner; and her great grandchild Devin Wilbourn.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kernan Chapel (1020 Fort St, Lincoln Park, MI 48146). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Ghost Temple (809 Oakman Blvd, Detroit, MI 48238).
