He was predeceased by: his parents, Ysabel Garcia and Anita Garcia; his mother-in-law Elizabeth Toulouse; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Beaudette, Christina Neal (George), Angela Linares (AJ), Renee Stafford (Steve), Ashley Karsten (Terry) and Matthew Toulouse (Lacy).

He is survived by: his wife Tammy Garcia; his children, Antonia Garcia and Lea Elizabeth Garcia; and his siblings, Luis Garcia (Brenda), Lorenzo Garcia, Josie Beaudette (late Mike), Smiley Garcia (late Dee) and Mark Toulouse (Peggy). He is also survived by 7 great nieces and nephews as well as many cousins and friends.
