She is survived by: her daughter Nereida Montero-Diaz; her grandchildren, Ottaviano Montero-Herrera, Ja'den Perdue-Henderson and Gionni Torres; her mother Philomena DeMatteo; her brothers, Keith DeMatteo and Kent DeMatteo; and her close friends, Vicki, Robyn and Patty.
