She was predeceased by: her husband Claude Shipley; and her parents, Carl Eitner and Ruth Eitner. She is survived by: her sons, John, David and Robert Shipley (Amy); her grandchildren, Ashley, Hollie, Jared, Melissa, Cheyenne and Pearl; her great grandchildren, Brian, Briley, Makenna and Mayson; and her siblings, Bonnie Bourland, Leona Cadariu, Eileen Hughey and Joel Eitner. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home (30895 W Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Great Lakes Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442). A burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442).
