He was predeceased by: his son Joseph Allen Hoak; his siblings, Larry Hoak and Georgina; and his niece Laurie. He is survived by: his wife Caye; his son John Hoak (Tami); his grandchildren, Michael, Rachel and Jackson; his stepchildren, Beverly Cook (Rick) of Brownstown and Tammie Tuley of Nokomis; his friends, Roy Williams and Damon Williams of Englewood, FL.; and also, Courtney, Joshua and Savannah. He is also survived by his 13 step-grandchildren.
