He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Terry Ratliff (Ruth) and Linda Ratliff; his siblings, Ginny Fulwider (Michael), Maja Ball (Chad), Tiaja McKnight (Michael), Ricardo Reyes, Roberto Reyes (Cindy), Regina Furguson and Ricco Graun (Jessica); and his children, Chance Ratliff (Alex Switzer), Kearsten Ratliff and Kayla Ratliff.
