He was predeceased by: his son Charles Cosby, Jr.. He is survived by: his child Jeromey Cosby (Tammy); his grandchildren, Cameron, Calvin and Evan; and his siblings, Bobbie Wilhite (Bobby), Larry "Donnie" Cosby and Janice Pappas (Pete). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
