She is survived by: her husband Walter Witkowski; her children, Laura Witkowski, Annie Prusakiewicz and Joseph Witkowski (Patsy); and her grandchildren, Ashley (Cody), Samuel, Nicholas, ShiAnne (Rusty) and Angela.
