He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Ball and W. L. Ball. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ball; his children, Joseph Ball (Linda) and Denise Crowley Jr. (Richard); his grandchildren, Richard Crowley III (Jason), Erika Crowley and Joshua Ball; and his siblings, Bonnie Gillis and David Ball.
