He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Jacobs and Florence Jacobs. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Jacobs; his children, Amy Jacobs, Timothy Jacobs (Rachel), Daniel Jacobs and Wayne Goodin; and his grandchildren, Jake, Michaela, Arabella, Angel, Cheyenne and Destiny.
