He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Rhonda, Steven and Kevin; his grandchildren, Megan (James), Mariah, Cheyenne (Anthony), Dakota and Devin; his great grandchildren, Zailee, Arianna, Jayden, Julian, Calliope, Laith and Phoenyx; his siblings, Carrie and Nathaniel, Jr.; and his sibling-in-law Shirley (late Don).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to honor his life may be made to the Michigan Palliative Hospice & Care.
