He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Cluesman; his sons, David Witkowski, Michael Cluesman (Cassie) and Daniel Cluesman (Amy); his grandchildren, Joseph, Stephanie, Michael Jr., Miranda, David Jr., Hailey, Jacob, Rick Jr., Alex and James; his great grandchildren, Sabrina, Joseph Jr. and Abigail; and his sister Connie Cluesman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
