He is survived by: his wife Debra Spicer; his children, Denise (late Luke), Carolyn (Jay) and Daniel (Josie); and his siblings, Judy (Fred), Trudy (late Russell), Karen (Dave), Kathy (Tom), Dottie (Fred), Terry (Alice), Darrell (Nawal), Keith (late Renee) and Jeff (late Donna).
