He is survived by: his spouse Robin Birch Higgins; his son Max Schemansky; his mother Dianna Higgins; his brothers, Victor Higgins and Richard Higgins; and his parents-in-law, Dianna and Victor Mullins. He is also survived by many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
