He was predeceased by: his parent David X.. He is survived by: his parent Lillian M. Regan (McDonald); his wife Nancy; his children, Tim Regan (Peggy) of Lexington, Jeffery Regan (Katie) of Rockford and Robin Geiger (Richard) of Saugutuck; and his grandchildren, Justin Regan (Sarah), Taylor Hieftje (Brad), Zach Geiger, Jonah Geiger, Nathan, Nicole and Samantha Regan.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Thomas Regan Memorial Scholarship Fund.
