She was predeceased by: her parents, John Medovarsky and Wilma Medovarsky (Kunik); her husband Ronald Dietz; her brother John Medovarsky; and her cousins, Sue Wydra, Barb Andras (Jerry), Diane Jenkins (Benny) and Linda Shedlock (Joe).
She is survived by: her children, Michael of Lexington and Kelly Dietz (Larry Henderson) of Sarasota, FL; her grandchildren, Alex Dietz and Erika Vanderport (Jake); her nephew John Medovarsky (Ann); and her niece Kimberly Ann Medovarsky.
