He is survived by: his parents, Richard G. Piwko and Nina Piwko (Tosto); his siblings, Ronald, Craig (Krista) and Michelle Dushary (Jason); and his nieces and nephews, Anastasia Piwko, Emily Piwko, Katlyn Dushary, Anthony Dushary and Madilyn Dushary.
