He was predeceased by: his brothers, Lyndon Johnson and Mark McNulty. He is survived by: his spouse Karen; his son Chad Johnson; his children-in-law, Bobbi Johnson (Semrow) and David Smith; his grandchildren, Abigail, Courtney Johnson, Katlyn and Alex Smith; his siblings, Gary Johnson (Chong Hui) and Janel DesJardins (Earl); and his stepbrother Lou McNulty (Joan). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
