She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Prior and Mayme Prior; her husband Robert Simons; her siblings, Jack Prior, Ed Prior and Marie Wurmlinger; her granddaughter Angela Austin; and her grandson-in-law Jim Angels.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Liss (Don) and Beverly Carver (Norman); her grandchildren, Trina Angels, Melani Paul (Chris) and Andrea Kaercher; her grandson-in-law Brian Austin; her stepgrandchildren, Stephen Carver and Christina Steiner (Bobby); her great grandchildren, Luke Angels, Allie Warren, Chelsea Warren, Hunter Austin and Brooke Austin; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Sara Bergman, Andrew Bergman, Lydia Bergman, Lucas Bergman, Ashton Carver and Ava Carver.
