He was predeceased by: his parents, Max H. Perpignon and Erna L. Perpignon (Koch). He is survived by: his wife Joann F. Perpignon (Schultz); his children, David Perpignon (Elizabeth), Mary Warner (Timothy) and Lisa Mack; his grandchildren, Galen, Skyler Warner, Amber Dasharion (John), Marc, Karl Perpignon, Sarah Torres (Joel), Gabe, Tyler, Jake Mack and Corporal Lucas Mack; his great grandchildren, Maggie Dasharion and Sebastian Torres; his sister Irma Kujat; and his sister-in-law Barbara Perpignon.
Memorials may be made to the Blue Water Hospice Home.
