Judith touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Hammer and Betty Hammer (Gildersleeve); her parents-in-law, Richard and Martha Coffelt; her brother Max (Carolyn Hammer); and her brother-in-law Paul Coffelt.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Monica) and Joshua; her brother Tim Hammer (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Brianna (Jake), Cody (Amanda), Brandon (Samantha), Taylor (Sylas) and Mark Jr.. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pomeroy Funeral Home - Lexington (5635 Main St, Lexington, MI 48450). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
