She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Ellis and Hazel Ellis (Howey); her daughter Diane; and her son-in-law Norbert Markel. She is survived by: her husband Eugene M. Fockler of Lexington; her children, Morris Fockler (Wanda) of Lexington, Thomas Fockler (Cindy) of Croswell and Linda McClellan (Tom) of Croswell; and her sister Mary Graham of Port Huron. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Memorials in memory of Helen may be made to the Croswell Wesleyan Church.
