It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred R. Bartley of Lexington, Michigan, born in Croswell, Michigan, who passed away on June 5, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Bartley and Samantha Bartley (Dunsmore); his son Mark; and his siblings, Billy (Marge Bartley), AnnaBelle (Wade Grout) and Sally Gielow.
He is survived by: his wife Elna; his children, Gary (Patty) of Dowagiac, Lynne Witte of Luther and Gayle Grimm (Bob) of Alma, KS; his grandchildren, Erik Grimm (Eve), Elisabeth Heath (Brandon) and Aaron Grimm (Kayla); his great grandchild Andrea Grimm; and his siblings, Sue Westbrook (Paul), Al Bartley (Sally) and Doug Gielow. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorials may be made the St. Matthew Lutheran Church.
