He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Fockler and Vera Fockler of Deckerville; his siblings, Lavena, Keith and Max; his wife Helen I. Ellis of Marysville; his children, Morris Fockler (Wanda) of Lexington, Thomas Fockler (Cindy) of Croswell, Linda McClellan (Tom) of Croswell and Diane; and his son-in-law Norbert Markel. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Croswell Wesleyan Church.
