He is survived by: his wife Marcella Campbell of Lexington; his children, Mike Campbell of Lexington, Cathy Campbell of Lexington and Wendy Peters (Bryon) of Goodells; his grandchildren, Kevin Campbell (Jamie), William Campbell, Alex Estes, Hunter Estes, Chelsea Zeller (Luke) and Ainslee McVay; and his great grandchildren, Owen Campbell, Madison Campbell, Addison Zeller, Tabias Zeller and Emmett Zeller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
