He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Bell and Maxine Bell; and his aunt Miriam. He is survived by: his wife Rochelle; and his children, Juli Hawley (Jeffrey), Richard Bell (Tammy Gamble), Cheryl Martin (Michael) and Allen Bell. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several cousins.
