He is survived by: his children, William "Jeffery" Rowley (Cheryl) of Naperville, Cheryl Rowley of Auburn and Jill Clinger (Jeremy) of Montpelier; his grandchildren, Lacey Troxel (Nathan), Sean Rowley (Katie), Scott Rowley (Maggie), Jake Clinger and Jenna Clinger; his great grandchildren, Chloe Troxel, Logan Troxel, Beckett Troxel, Cali Troxel and Trevor Rowley; his brother Steve Rowley (Sharon) of Scottsdale, Arizona; and his sister-in-law Lorie Kuyoth (Jerry).
