He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Cooley and Alice Cooley (Mancour); and his brother Robert Fox. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Fry (George Bluga) and Anna Slapshak; and his close friend Sara Benavidez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
