He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonhardt Parker and Dorothy Parker (Sisco); and his niece Selena. He is survived by: his wife Delia Parker (Ysaguirre) of Lovells; and his sister Debra Barela (Rafael) of Eastpointe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
