He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Peppers and Stella Bonnici (Kurek); his grandmother Anna Kurek; his stepfather Russ Bonnici; his brother Russ Bonnici Jr.; and his brother-in-law Jerry Wooten.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Peppers (Vasser) of Lewiston; his children, Valentine Peppers II (Ranjana) of Dearborn Heights, Sean Peppers (Tammy) of Lake Orion and Tara Peppers of Woodhaven; his grandchildren, Andrew, Monika, Austin, Alyse and Shruti; his great grandchild Michael; and his siblings, John Bonnici (Laurie) of Taylor, Nina Wooten of Dearborn Heights, Vincent Bonnici of Dearborn Heights and Patrick Bonnici of Dearborn Heights. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
