He was predeceased by: his parents, Hullie Payne and Mary Sue Payne. He is survived by: his wife Carol Payne (Cochran); his children, Rita Lariviere (Mark) and Kelly Champine (Doug F.); his grandchildren, Mark Lariviere (Kerry), Amber Griffin (Michael), E. J. Champine (Becky A.), Madison Champine, Allison Lariviere (Marc C.) and Skyler Lariviere; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Champine and Aspen Lou; and his siblings, Margaret Rank, Andy Payne (Pat), Randy Payne (Faye), Bob Payne (Cindy), Kathy Anchor, Rick Payne (Dana) and Mike Payne (Amy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
