He is survived by: his wife Carol Beck; his children, Brian McCarty (Becky) of Goodrich, Bradley McCarty of Phoenix, AZ, Andrea Vess (Mark) of Ortonville, Carey Cischke of Oxford and Rodney McCarty (Tracy) of Waterford; and his siblings, Woodrow, Kathy Moore, Roxanne Greenhoe and Colleen Pressley.
