He is survived by: his wife Lynette Pena (Cox) of Lewiston; his children, Matthew Wagner of Lewiston, Amanda Pena of Petersburg, Kelsey Wagner (Brandon Hill) of Grayling and Shelbey Pena of Austin, Texas; his grandchildren, Deshaun Martin, Ben Wagner, Justice Chase, Ryley Wagner and Marcus Hill; his siblings, Rick Pena (Marlene) of Decatur, Alabama, Nick Pena (Doris) of Decatur, Alabama, Jeannie Maloney of Texas and Lisa Pena of Decatur; his mother-in-law Lynn Cox of Lewiston; his foster mother Janet Johnson of Kalkaska; and his close friends, Dawn Rothman Boudrie of Lewiston, Mike Stowell (Kim) of Atlanta, Bobby Heath of Atlanta and Bob Barber of Johannesburg. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
