He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bilby and Norma Bilby (Hynes). He is survived by: his children, Duane Bilby, Sonya Bilby of Venus, Texas and Richard Bilby (Dawn) of Navarre, Florida; and his grandchildren, Randy, Tracey, Anthony and Nathan. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
