He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dorothy Milner; his children, Kathy Smaller (late Larry), Kimberly McDaniel (Dean Campagna), Kellie Riggs (Dave), Robert Milner (Danielle), Mark Milner (Vicki) and Ginny Milner-Gross (Ryan); his parents, Glen Milner and Emma Milner; and his brother Donald Milner (Lou). He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
