He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Way and Lois Way (Bracken); his brothers, Douglas Zone Way and Rodrick Arthur Way; and his son Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Davis of Lewiston; his children, Tammi Way, Douglas Way, Nichole Curry (Michael) and Dayna Watson (Jason); and his grandchildren, Derek, Jade Lynn and Anthony.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Phil's name to National Kidney Association.
