She is survived by: her husband Walter S. Musielak; her daughters, Sandra Gwitt (Michael Deardoff) and Shirley Storey; and her grandchildren, Patrick Scorey (Mary Ann), Michael Scorey, Jennifer Wagner (Dustin) and Stacey Scorey. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
