He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Armstrong of Lewiston; his children, Harold Armstrong III (Nicole) of Olathe, Kansas, Adam Armstrong (Jennie) of Puyallup, Washington, April Emil (Joshua) of Port Charlotte, Florida, Cheryl Franks of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Shana Armstrong of Seffner, Florida; and his mother Lucille Johnson of Rockholds, Kentucky. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
