He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Philp and Viola Philp (Gruezke). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Philp (Koernke) of Lewiston; his sons, Martin Philp of Dexter and Stephen Philp of Anne Arbor; his stepson Philip Marsh of Mancelona; his grandchildren, Justin, Britany, Zoey and Otto; and his brother Raymond Philp (Karmin) of Traverse City. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
