He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Harper (Heather) of Ovid and Billy Harper Jr. (Kristine) of Owosso; his grandchildren, Jared, Brendan (Sydney), Chloe, Lauren and Caroline; his brother Robert Harper (Bonnie) of Owosso; and his siblings-in-law, Francis Nohel (Betty) of Sanford, MI, Charlene Skok (Rick) of Owosso and Sandy Nohel of Owosso. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
