She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Harm and Elizabeth Beck; her husband Frank Van De Wiele; her daughter Karen Leblong; her son-in-law Michael Leblong; and her grandson Kevin Dimitri.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Dimitri (Stephen), Cathy Van Pelt (Flavel), Carol Cutino (Russell) and Susan Williams (Joseph). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Nordman-Christian Funeral Home (302 S Huron St, Cheboygan, MI 49721). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
