He was predeceased by: his father Danny Matts; his grandparents, Dormer, Mildred Madden, Myron "Mike" and Betty Matts; his aunt Vicki Matts; and his close friend Rob Stevenson.
He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Madden; his wife Billie Jo; his daughters, Amber Madden and Rebecca Madden; his grandchildren, Lillian, Lyrix, Syren, Finnley, Kenzley and Bryan; and his siblings, Lisa Wilson, Amie Fate (Maves) and Kirk Mave. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, uncles, cousins and friends.
