He is survived by: his daughter Karolyn Pull; his grandchildren, Kirsten Whittaker and Kaleb Horton; his wife Melisa Lamb; his siblings, Rosemarie Roth (Cindy), Susie King (Bud) and Arlo Pull (Kit); his parents-in-law, Steve and Linda Lamb; and his sister-in-law Stephanie Long (Brandon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; numerous cousins; as well as countless friends.
