She is survived by: her children, Tyler, Mikayla and Kylei of Lowell, MI; her fiancé Jason Nearing of Lowell, MI; her parents, Susan Werkema of Leslie, MI and David Werkema (April) of Valrico, FL; and her sisters, Hilary Cranmore (Jerry) of Munith, Holly Werkema-Staroselskiy (Vadim) of Leslie, MI, Heather Werkema-Pratt of Leslie, MI and Ashly Werkema of Leslie, MI. She is also survived by numerous Aunts and Uncles, cousins, and Nieces and Nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her honor to The Tiffany Werkema Memorial Trust established specifically to provide resources for her children's college education.
