He was predeceased by: his brother Justin Wayne Allen; his grandparents, William and Norma Outwater; and his uncle Pat Outwater. He is survived by: his parents, Taylor Allen and Joan Allen (Outwater); his children, Devin Allen of Stockbridge and Hana Rylee Allen of Stockbridge; his sister Kimberley Medina (Joe Jr.) of Stockbridge; and his grandparents, Arthur and Freida Jean Allen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
