He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Ratliff (Vincent); his wife Marta Ratliff; his sister Rose Mary Lapp (Jimmy); his children, Michelle Ratliff (Patrick) and Michael Ratliff (Missy); his brother-in-law Jerry Colvin (Nancy); his grandchildren, Courtney Horchner (Andy), Joshua Feher (Tammy), Anthony Feher, Francis Latter (Davey), Alice Ratliff and Abbey Ratliff; and his great grandchildren, Mason Horchner, Aspen Horchner and Edwin Latter.
