She is survived by: her children, John Fountain and Stacey Chalmers (Matt); her grandchildren, Amanda Place, Jacey Spitz (Steven), Cassey Place, Robert Shields II, Bradley Shields, Lauren Shields, Matthew Chalmers, Kyelir Chalmers, James Chalmers and Meadow Chalmers; her great grandchildren, Bristol Place, Shelby Spitz, Kaylynne Spitz, Michael Spitz and Lucius Ackerson; her siblings, Larry Fountain (Jeanne), Luann Robinson, Lonna Flachs (Steve), Lenny Fountain (Gina), Lee Robert Fountain (Linda) and Layne Fountain (Kathy); her brother-in-law Jack Pittenger; the fathers of children, Gordon Flachs and KJ; and her friends, Alta Hall (Lester), Renee Shiels (Ted) and Pam Campbell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; many cousins.
