He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Lantz and Eva Lantz (Harkness); his grandparents, Wesley and Viola Harkness (Loomis); his brother Larry Lantz; and his sister-in-law Diann Hatch Lantz.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Davis Lantz; and his brothers, Merlin, Darel and Gary. He is also survived by wives; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Leslie First United Methodist Church or to the Leslie American Legion.
